Professional Goals
My goal is to be a teacher leader and to be a positive influence to the students and families that I encounter. I strive to be a person to whom my colleagues turn to when they approach a problem, have a question regarding curriculum or content delivery, or need advice regarding student behavior. As a team leader and mentor I frequently meet with students, parents and teachers to design solutions that aim to advance learning and improve practice.
