This essay explains how I was able to solve a problem of practice using design theory. Learning design theory has helped me create solutions for a variety of problems of practice.

In this sample, you can see how I would redesign my classroom if I had unlimited resources. Using SketchUp to design a classroom helped me think about my physical classroom in ways I had not considered.

During the Summer of 2015 I conducted extensive research on the effectiveness of 1:1 laptop initiatives. I was able to put this research into good use when my school initiated 1:1 laptops in the Fall of 2016.
